A domestic EPC records a home’s energy performance and recommendations. It is commonly needed when a property is marketed for sale or rent, subject to current rules and exceptions.
When you book, tell us the complete property address, bedroom band, type of home and your preferred visit date. We review the request and contact you to confirm address and appointment availability. The payment page is operated by Stripe.
The assessor needs access to relevant rooms, fixed heating controls and any safe, accessible loft hatch. Property plans or information about heating and insulation work can be helpful if you have them.
